You will need
    • Fresh mushrooms
    • vegetable oil
    • onions / potatoes at your discretion.
Instruction
1
Cut mushrooms with legs. Thoroughly rinse each one under running water (do not use a bowl of water wash mushrooms, so you can skip quite a lot of land on the mushrooms). Let the mushrooms get dry.
2
Chop the mushrooms to your taste. It could be the large halves or cut into four pieces with mushrooms, or cut each mushroom into thin strips, holding a sharp knife across the cap. Extra large mushrooms, cut in 6-8 pieces.
3
Heat a pan on high heat. Add a little vegetable oil and toss in mushrooms. After a couple minutes, they let the juice. Fry over medium heat until then, until the mushrooms will not absorb the juice and will become a Golden color. If you use mushrooms for garnish, then separately fry a little onion, add it to the mushrooms since they will absorb all the juice.
4
Use fresh mushrooms as an addition to fried potatoes. Fry the peeled and thinly sliced potatoes on medium heat in a deep frying pan (optional: add chopped onion). Separately fry the mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook together for about 10 minutes. During this time the mushrooms will give the flavor of the potatoes and fill it with its bright mushroom flavor.
