Let's consider an example. In the bag Misha 60 of chocolates, he came to visit Mary and gave her 30% of all their candy. Ask the question: how much candy he gave Mary. Solve this problem in 2 steps:1) Find how many chocolates is 1% is 60/100 = 0.6 chocolates. Or, if translated in fraction, 1% of 60 candies is 3/5 or 6/10 of one candy.
