Instruction
1
Understand the conflict with your child's teacher. Try to establish the truth. Forget for a while the thought that we are talking about your child. Imagine that you are a judge and you need to solve the issue fairly. If you would be to blame the child, talk to him and try to resolve the conflict through peaceful means.
2
Talk to other parents. If the claims of the teacher is at all — well, it is time to act. Ask other parents to present the facts in writing, specifying the date. Such facts can be a rough treatment of children, obscene language, methods of physical impact, low level of teaching of the subject.
3
Write a collective letter to the Director of the school. It is made in exactly the same way as any other statement. In the upper right corner, write the name and position of the addressee underneath, "from parents of students in that class." In the letter, list all the facts of maltreatment, teachers and students. If you are not satisfied with the level of teaching, and write it. At the end you summarize what you're asking for the Director. Your complaint from the head of institution will be required to conduct official investigation. If your story checks out, the issue will be resolved by itself, and the teacher from teaching in your class will be suspended. Pass the letter through the Secretary and ask to make a copy and endorse.
4
The Director of the school may not react to your letter. Substitute teacher — the process is complex, especially in the middle of the school year. You need to look for a new teacher to rearrange her entire schedule to revise the load. The Director might ask you to wait for the end of the school year. Sometimes it makes sense to accept it. In any case, some teachers shake like that help. If the teacher maltreated children, but knows the subject of such complaint and conversation in the principal's office was helpful.
5
If you get a teacher who do not belong in the school, but the Director doesn't want to wash dirty linen in public — go to the Board of education. A complaint you can write exactly the same as the Director. The Department of education will prescribe the test. An independent Commission is investigating not only the facts you have listed, but also checks the level of professional competence of the teacher.
6
The next step is the service. This is a Supervisory authority, which shall monitor the implementation of legislation in the sphere of education, as well as compliance with state educational standards. No contact if the level of teaching doesn't meet any standards.
7
The rights of citizens is obliged to follow the Prosecutor's office. About gross violation of educational legislation can be reported there. The Prosecutor must apply if the teacher has children, committed against a minor indecent assault (including talking with them about sex, not included in the curriculum), etc. If the facts are confirmed, the Prosecutor will issue an order to the school Director to terminate the employment contract with the teacher and Director will be required to perform what is required of him.
