Cooking sweet kvass from ready-made sourdough
To make your own sweet brew will need the following:
- extruded yeast – 10 g;
dry sourdough kvass – 250 g;
- boiled water – 3 liters;
- sugar – 70 g

Take three liters of water and boil them. Put in a jar of dry yeast and pour over the hot liquid. Cover the vessel with a nylon cover and leave at room temperature to infuse for 2 hours.
Add in a jar of yeast 25 grams of sugar and carefully move it. Leave it all to infuse for 30 minutes, covering the neck of the jar with a napkin. Cooking sweet brew with Borodino bread
For making kvass according to this recipe requires the following ingredients:
- 3 liters of water;
- 10 grams of yeast (best to use a dry);
- 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
- 1 piece of rye bread (you can use stale.
Take the bread and break it into small pieces. Put water on the fire and bring to boil. Pour hot liquid bread and leave to infuse for 4 hours. Better if it is a Sunny place.
