You will need
- Shoulder straps, sprockets, awl, ruler.
Instruction

Take up the shoulder straps. With a ruler measure the distance from the lower edge of the ring to the center of the sprocket. There will be a hole. Make a mark.

The awl pierces a hole in the marked place. Insert the sprocket and fasten it on the pursuit.

Repeat the operation for the following stars.

Finished with single shoulder strap, similar to fasten the sprocket on the second.
Note
The stars overhead are tightly secured so not cool.
Useful advice
The location of the stars in pursuit depends on the title.
Second Lieutenant - one little star on the center line of the ring, at a distance of 45 millimeters from the edge of the ring to the center of the sprocket.
Lieutenant, two small stars, situated right and left of the center line of the ring, parallel to its bottom edge, at a distance of 25 millimeters from the edge to the line of asterisks.
Lieutenant - three small stars. Two - how on the pursuit the Lieutenant, and one at the center of the ring, at a distance of 20 mm from the line connecting the axes of the other two stars.
Captain - four small stars. Three as senior Lieutenant and the fourth is in the center of the ring, at a distance of 20 mm from the centre of the previous star.
