Try to put a wheel from a machine on the bike, shifting the cardan with reducer. The reducer is fabricated from steel plates (thickness 10 mm), insert the 4 housing for bearings 304.

Fabricate shafts from steel 12ХНЗА, making an allowance of 0.3 mm, cement. Sand in the centers, put the sprocket from the timing vases. Please note, stars have to sit on the original dowels and both sides to podpisatsja lock washers.

Make the body seals for the plugs, the d-pad (under seal the rear of the gearbox) and to the fork damper (under the seal that you have in stock). Modify the fork damper, zapressovan clip and Protocol in the center to size.

Take the chain from VAZ and shorten it by measuring the size in fact. If possible, put on the chain lock. Please note: when you install the chain, it needs a little while to give the gear free play.

Install reducer on the box design or the plate to its mounting location was hard enough. Note that otherwise it may pull out. If you set the gearbox on the frame with the swingarm, make sure that the axis of the pendulum are coaxial with the axis of the output shaft.
