Wine marinade
Slice onions (2-3 pieces), mix with crushed barberry (1/4 tsp); dry white wine (100 ml) white wine vinegar 3-4 tbsp). Add to the mix salt and pepper (to taste), Bay leaf (3-4 pieces). Put in the marinade of small pieces of pork. Put into the refrigerator for 12 hours.
