To call from a landline to mobile phone is possible only in case if the home phone line has access to intercity communication, it is possible to dial through the "eight". All cell numbers begin with the country code "+7", which corresponds to the digit "8" when dialing from a landline phone. After pressing "8", wait for the beep. After that dial the following numbers mobile numbers: first the operator code (e.g., 917 or 927, etc.), then the remaining seven digits.

If you need to call from a landline to a mobile in another country after "eight" type the code "10" which indicates an international call. Next you need to dial the country code to which a call is made (for example, "380", if you call to Ukraine), then the code of the mobile operator and the number.

In the absence of long-distance phone line you can call a cell phone from your computer via the Internet. To do this, use Skype or other messaging apps. To be able to call mobile or landline phone, charge your electronic application account. You can also call on cell phone from computer for free. Use one of the special sites with the possibility of making free calls online, for example, Call2friends or Poketalk. You will need a microphone connected to a computer or laptop from which a call is made.
Useful advice
Check in advance and write down on paper the mobile phone number of the called party and the country code, if needed. This is necessary in order to dial the number quickly and without pause, otherwise the connection may not be established at all.
