If you need to make a call on the cell phone number belonging to the operator of another country, then proceed in the same way. First 8 - it says that the call is not directed to a local number. Next, enter 10 - this indicates the telephone exchanges that takes place an international call. Next you need to dial a phone number with a carrier code. For example, for the Ukrainian rooms it will start at 38 is the country code, then three digits – area code and 7 digits – the number itself.
