Welcome "Regulon" we need to start with 1st day of menstrual bleeding. The cycle is 21 days. The day should drink 1 tablet of the drug. After a 21-day cycle of the reception doing a seven-day break, during which, in connection with the elimination of the drug occurs menstrualnopodobnoe bleeding. The next day after the seven-day pause, the admission of "Regulon" is resumed.

The first dosage can be from the 1st and 2-5 days of the menstrual cycle. If the first meeting of the "Regulon" happened in the 1st day of the cycle, to use an additional contraceptive medicines and remedies is not required. If the reception is started later, in the first 7 days of "Regulon" you should use additional contraceptives. If after the onset of menstruation has been more than 5 days, start taking the drug should be postponed until the next menstrual period.

After the birth the admission of "Regulon" you can start after the doctor's consultation. The first pill should be not earlier than 21 days after delivery, however, if a woman has already had sexual intercourse, the use of "Regulon" should be delayed until the onset of menstruation. If the drug is started later than 21 days after delivery, the first 7 days you must use additional contraception. After abortion pills should be started strictly from the first day after surgery in the usual way.

When switching from another oral contraceptive welcome "Regulon" should begin on the day following the end of the 28 day cycle of taking other contraceptive pills. If a woman is taking the drug, 21-day course, she should do the usual 7-day break, after which you can start receiving the "Regulon".

If you missed taking the drug and after missing it's been less than 12 hours, take the forgotten pill and continue the use of the drug at the usual time. However, if a pass is more than 12 hours, the reliability of contraception is greatly reduced. As indicated in the instructions to the "Regulon", in this case you should use additional methods of contraception. If the pass occurred on the first or second week of the cycle, the next day take 2 tablets. Then the drug continues in normal mode with use of additional methods of contraception until the end of the cycle. If the pass occurred in the third week of the menstrual cycle, you should take the missed pill and resume your usual drug, but in this case the 7-day break do not.

Note that "Regulon" has a fairly wide range of contraindications and side effects, so the decision on expediency of application of the drug should be taken after consultation with your doctor. If you experience side effects welcome "Regulon" can be continued depending on the ratio of benefit and risk.
