Quick recipe of marinade for hostesses
If you do not have extra time to spend on cooking fuss with cooking a complex recipe, this marinade is for you. Soak cucumbers for two hours – to let it lie in water while you prepare the marinade. Take 1 liter of water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2-3 peas of allspice, 1-2 pieces of cloves and Bay leaf, 3 leaf currant, 2-3 umbrella of dill and as many cloves of garlic.
If you can cucumbers in a quart jar, add the marinade ½ teaspoon of citric acid.
After cooking the marinade for cucumbers, you need to remove vegetables from water, pour boiling water and let them cool.
