How to pickle cucumbers for the winter in jars with vinegar

  • 6-7 pepper

Wash the cucumbers and soak for several hours in cold water. Peel and chop the carrots, garlic and place in sterilized jar. Add dill, horseradish and pepper – these spices will make the snack fragrant and pleasant to taste. Tightly put cucumbers in the jar so that the bottom was larger, and the top is smaller, fill them with boiling water and leave for half an hour.
