After receipt of the statement, you must prepare and submit to the tax authority at the place of registration of the legal entity statement. This statement is required to clearly justify its request for the issuing of duplicate documents. The possibility of duplicates exists in virtue of the fact that after the implementation of state registration of a legal entity, copies of incorporation documents are sent to the archive of the tax authority at the place of registration.

When writing an application it is also important to specify exactly what package of documents is to be restored. Depending on the number of documents to restore, determined by the size of the state fee because it is paid for each document. The fee for a duplicate of the same document is 400 rubles.
