How to obtain a certificate from the unified state register

To get the extract from the unified state register, apply to the body where registered rights to the property – Russian state register or companies house. In accordance with item 4 of article 131 of the civil code of the Russian Federation an extract from the unified state register shall be provided to any body which carries out registration of real estate, regardless of the place where committed check. Actually, things are a bit different – still to extract only the body where the carried out registration of these rights. The reason for this is simple – basically the unified state register maintained on paper, so it is available only where there has been registration. If you decide to discharge yourself, you need to pay for issuing it. The average price – from 100 to 300 rubles in various organs. For statement relative to the enterprise as a property complex, the service will cost more expensive 500 – 600 roubles. The cost of an extract from the unified state register should check with your Department of Federal registration service. After payment receipt, you should complete the application for provision of statement.

Take receipt, passport and completed application and contact your references with these documents. Within 5 days of the territorial division of Rosreestr should provide you with the requested information or issue a reasoned refusal in writing. The refusal you can appeal in court. If EGRP is on electronic media, a statement must be submitted no later than one working day following the day of your treatment.
