How to write a letter to the President

The right to submit a letter to the head of state enshrined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Consideration will not be accepted papers that contain insults and foul language written using the Latin alphabet, typed in capital letters, without division into sentences. Also it discusses the treatment, if wrong or incomplete address of the applicant, the text does not contain specific proposals or complaints, and if the letter is addressed not to the President.

Personal data of authors of electronic applications is stored and processed with observance of all requirements of the law of the Russian Federation on personal data.
