How to ask a question to the President of the Russian Federation

Contact the President via the Internet. Ask your question on the President's website at: http://обращения.президент.рф/. On this page, details the requirements for registration appeals to the head of state and the form for writing the written appeal.

Refer to the head of state through the website of the presidential administration: http://www.kremlin.ru/. Go to the main page to the tab "application" there you will find a form for writing a letter. Select electronic or written form, fill in information about yourself. Specify your surname, name and patronymic name, your e-mail address, phone number from the drop-down list, select the type of social status that you occupy in society, then mark your region. There is also a field for writing directly appeals to the President, which should not exceed 2000 characters. To the letter, you can attach the file, size and allowable formats of which are listed on the same page.

Take part in a straight line, which takes place annually with the President of Russia, during which the President answers questions from citizens. You can make a call on the phone line and leave a question you, which, if lucky, will be read. It is possible to send questions through the Internet (website of the Federal channel which broadcasts direct line) or in sms format.
