Older kids add in ready porridge baby cream, fructose or sugar. Make sure that sugar does not cause allergies in children. Most children prefer sweet porridge with milk flavor.
If your child has allergies, use only approved products. In the finished porridge unsweetened, you can add mashed fruit, which tolerates the baby, for example, banana or pear. It will improve the taste of porridge.
