The registration of disability is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. In particular diabetes article 95, which States that if the diabetes has caused serious violations of the vital organs, it may be assigned first, second or third group of disability. For insulin-dependent diabetes the group assigned indefinitely, then there is not need to undergo annual re-examination.

To apply for disability, contact your local doctor, get directions to all the necessary examinations. Will need ECG, fresh tests, extract from the history of the disease. Also the doctor will prescribe you the direction on mediko-the social Commission. The direction sign at the main doctor of the medical institution.

With the received statements, see the district medical-social Commission. Imagine all the medical documents and passport, write a statement on your examination.

If you refused to issue directions to the clinic or the Commission have decided that you are not entitled to a disability you can go to court and submit documents for consideration to the regional Commission.
