You will need

    • 3 eggs;
    • 2 tablespoons of flour.
    • For breading:
    • egg;
    • flour;
    • corn sticks.

Fillet of hake wash and dry with a paper towel. Slice it into serving pieces. Salt and pepper fish to taste.

Prepare the batter. For this lightly beat 3 eggs. Add 1 tablespoon vodka, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix well. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and stir all until complete disappearance of lumps.
