Before you write a letter to the President, you should know the following.
1. All letterssent to the President, be submitted for consideration to the office of the President of the Russian Federation on work with references of citizens and organizations.
2. A reply is sent in writing if they are given the surname, name, patronymic (if available) and mailing address
3. Email can include attachments in the form of documents and their copies, photos
4. The letter is not addressed, if it is not addressed to the President or the President's administration
5. Personal information is stored and processed according to the law on personal data

When writing letters, do not use indecent, obscene, and offensive language. The letter should be very short and not very long. You should not write the letter only in capital letters. You should avoid complex phraseologisms, otherwise the application will be difficult to understand. You should also avoid spelling errors. Frankly illiterate letters are removed. If the letter includes specific complaints, proposals and/or statements, be sure to include your return address, which can be sent as recommendations to action. Optionally, you can specify your contact phone number. The letter must be signed.
When writing a letter concerning appeal against court decisions, it should be remembered that justice in Russia is carried out only by court (under the Constitution). A judiciary independent from the legislative and Executive powers. The law prohibits any interference with the judicial process!
