You will need
- - passport for the purchase and registration of the vehicle,
- - money to pay customs duties for the customs clearance.
Instruction

After buying the car in Russia and registration of the contract of purchase and sale, remove it from the register and put on transit number. Take the vehicle to the border.

Submit to the customs authority at the place of residence application for issuance of a preliminary Declaration for citizens. Provide the customs authority with full information on the imported vehicle. Specify color, brand, room body, chassis and engine year of manufacture and the year of commissioning and the identification number of the machine. For the prepayment of customs taxes, list on account of tax on the funds.

Pay import duty, value added tax and excise tax, which is calculated depending on the engine size of the car.

Will pay around 100 euros for the procedure verify compliance with the vehicle standards of Ukraine. Complete this procedure in one of the certified testing laboratories.

Register the car in MREO with mandatory payment for it. The amount of payment depends on year of car and engine size and total will be about 1000 hryvnia.
Note
Before you go over the car carefully calculated economic feasibility of this trip. Very often because of unexpected costs in customs procedures, beginners can't save money.
