Meat (beef, pork, rabbit and lamb) are perfectly blended with rice, buckwheat, fresh and boiled vegetables, which help you to easily digest animal protein. It is not recommended to complement meat dishes, pasta and potatoes.
Seafood (squid, shrimp) served over rice, pasta (all types of pasta and rice and buckwheat noodles), vegetables. An unfortunate addition to shrimp and squid – buckwheat, millet and legumes.
