Within 6 months after the appearance of the baby born to one of the parents or substituting person may receive a lump sum at birth of the child. From 1 January 2012 it is 12405,32 R. In the case of birth of two and more children the benefit is paid for each child.
Working parent (including in the official decree of the mother) should contact the human resources Department or the accounting Department with the following documents:
- application for issuance of benefits;
- a certificate of birth from the Registrar;
- evidence of paternity (if parents are not officially married);
- birth certificate of the child;
- certificate of employment (for the unemployed – from RUSZN) the other parent that he had not received allowance for the birth of the child;
- the passport.
If the parent is not working, he can receive the benefit of RUSZN (Regional management of social protection of the population) by place of residence or registration. This will require:
- application for issuance of benefits;
- a certificate of birth from the Registrar;
- evidence of paternity (if parents are not officially married);
- birth certificate of the child;
work - book with a mark about dismissal from last place of work;
- certificate of employment of the other parent that he had not received allowance for the birth of the child;
- a certified copy of the employment record of the other parent;
- the passport.
Birth certificate of the child, and employment history are not legally binding instruments to assign benefits. However, in practice, they are asked to present.
If possible, bring copies of all documents, not to spend too much time in RUSZN, especially if you are a nursing mother.
The benefit is paid within 10 days from the moment of granting of all documents.
Please note that the amount of Federal benefits should be increased by regional factor if this applies in your area.
Both parents have the same right to such benefits. So you have to decide who will get it.
