To disable a SIM card you can and using the system "Service-Guide". To do this, register in the system individual password, typing from your phone *105*00#. Wait for the response message with the password. Then in the address bar, enter the url of the website of OJSC "MegaFon", look for the words "Service Guide" and click it. Next you will see the cells, enter a phone number and received the message password. After you have logged in the account, find the menu (it is located on your left). Select the "Services tariff". In the list that appears, click on "Lock." Here, specify the period of voluntary disconnection of the SIM card. Click "Install". Note that the lock number is available for the term period of 180 days.
