You will need

    • — 10 cloves of garlic;
    • — 25 g fresh mint and cilantro;
    • — vegetable oil;

    • — 200 g of potatoes;
    • — 3 heads of onions;
    • — 1/2 of lemon;

Fish baked in polypodiophyta fish. For this recipe is well suited mullet, trout. Clean off scales, remove the film, entrails and gills. Wash the carcass under running water inside and out. Put the finished fish with potatoes on a large platter, decorate with greens and lemon slices.
