You will need
  • - statement of grant of leave to care for a child up to 3 years;
  • - statement of appointment and payment of monthly benefits;
  • - certificate of employment of father that he is not receiving aid;
  • - copy of birth certificate of the child.

For registration payments a young mother will need to provide the accounting Department of the organization in which she works, the following documents:
- statement of grant of leave to care for a child up to 3 years;
- statement of appointment and payment of monthly benefits;
- certificate of employment of father that he is not receiving aid;
- a copy of the birth certificate of the child.

Since 2011, the procedure for calculating benefits was changed: its size is calculated from the average wage workers over the last 2 years, whereas previously taken into account 12 months before the leave for pregnancy and childbirth. In 2012, a woman has the right to choose how she will receive the allowance: under the old rules or new. If her best previous calculation order, it must specify in the statement for granting of the allowance.

To calculate the allowance for child care up to 1.5 years new, first determine the total amount of wages of the employee during the last 24 months. Note that the maximum amount of annual income to benefit payments in 2010 is 415000 rubles, and in 2011 – 463000 rubles.

Then, calculate the average daily earnings by dividing the total income by 730 days. Next, determine average monthly salary: the resulting value multiply by 30.4 – the average number of days in the month specified by the law No. 255-FZ. To calculate the amount owed the woman benefits, multiply the monthly earnings by 40% or 0.4.

If the employee chose an old method of calculating benefits for child care up to 1.5 years, determine the daily average earnings by dividing the sum of income for the 12 months before the onset of pregnancy and childbirth on the number of calendar days for which the accrued salaries. This will exclude from the settlement period the days when the woman did not perform job duties because of temporary disability, unpaid leave, time off, etc.

Keep in mind that any calculation of benefits for child care up to 1.5 years is the minimum size cannot be less than 2326 rubles at birth of first child, and for the second and subsequent – not less than 4652 roubles. The maximum benefit in 2012 is set in the amount 14625 rubles, but you can get it when applying the new method of calculation.
