Note
If you have problem debts, but they are not reflected in National Bureau of credit histories, that does not mean that your credit history is technically flawless. There are different interbank channels for the exchange of lists of bad debtors, and the presence of your data can be a sufficient basis for refusal in the next credit.
Useful advice
If you started to pester collectors or representatives of the Bank with whom you never had contact with the Bank on whose behalf are calling you or sending SMS to people. Perhaps your data out of the database of debtors in error, for example, your mobile phone previously belonged to their problem borrowers. Often this is enough to make the calls stopped. If that doesn't work, ask for help in territorial administration of Bank of Russia, and Roskomnadzor.
