How to recover deleted emails from the mailbox

Why work with the web interface the same mail box does not allow you to save deletednye letters? The fact is that when you view the mail on the website you use information from the message server. The program also allows you to remove emails from the server for some time, which is specified in the settings of the post utilities, i.e. letters have been removed, but a copy stored as a backup.

At the moment, many postal services allow you to store a large number of emails. Some offer up to 1 GB, the other 7 GB and above. So before you delete the emails it is worth considering, how many it occupies on a dedicated server. The best solution would be to remove emails on your computer.

To save messages on the server, you must activate the corresponding option. To do this click the top menu "Tools" in the main program window and select "Accounts". For your account check at the point of saving email on the server.

By default, most services use delivery of mail via the POP3 Protocol. Everything was good, but this Protocol does not maintain copies of messages on the server for later recovery, in spite of the display in the settings option. Therefore, you must change POP3 to IMAP.

To sync all the emails that are on the server and your computer, you must go to the Inbox and select all the letters. Copy them using Ctrl + C or Ctrl + Insert. Go to menu "tools", select "IMAP folder" and paste the copied letter.

Now, after deleting important emails , just navigate to the IMAP folder and find your lost letter. By means of the program it is possible to recover by copying in the same folder.
