Nutritionists advise to include in your daily diet bran as a valuable product in order to avoid many diseases and preserve youth. Bran can be of several types: rye, wheat, millet, oats, rice and buckwheat. The most popular form of bran — oat, as included in most diets. They cause a feeling of satiety and fill the stomach. Wheat bran helps with constipation and disbacteriosis. In anemia, diabetes, vitamin deficiency are advised to eat meals made from rye bran.

Bran you can cook huge amount of food: cereals, pies, cakes, cookies, even bread and soups.

To prepare wheat bread with bran you will need the following products:
- 150 grams of wheat (or rye) bran;
- 10 g of yeast;
- 150 g of flour;
- 150 ml of milk;
- 10 g of butter;
- 150 ml of water;
- sugar;
- vegetable oil.


Sift the flour through a sieve and mix with wheat bran and yeast. Also, connect the milk with water and heat over medium heat. Then to the flour add the mixture of milk and water and sugar to taste. From the third part of the mass, knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.

After this time the dough will increase in size, add remains of flour and butter, mix and knead. Then leave to go for 30-40 minutes.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil and place in it the dough for bread, pop them into the oven, preheated to a temperature of 200oC. Bake wheat bread until done, about what will tell a ruddy Golden brown crust.

To prepare oatmeal with the bran you will need the following components (based on 2 servings):
- 100 g of oat groats;
- 100 g of wheat bran;
- 20 g of butter;
- 1 liter of milk.

On medium heat bring to boil milk and then add in it wheat bran. Cook for about 15 minutes, and then add the oatmeal, stir and continue to cook for about 60 minutes over low heat. After the porridge is cooked, add a little butter and serve hot to the table.

Delicious and healthy for the body get pancakes from bran. You'll need (for making 6 servings):
- 2 tbsp. of wheat bran;
- ½ Cup semolina;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- 1 glass of kefir;
- ¼ Tsp of baking soda;
- ½ Tsp salt;
- lemon juice;
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil.

Bran pour kefir and leave to infuse for 15 minutes so they can swell. Then add bran, semolina and flour, stir. Baking soda repay lemon juice and add to batter, also add salt.

Heat pan and add olive oil. Pour a few spoonfuls of the dough into the pan and fry pancakes until Golden brown. Keep in mind that the pancakes from bran cook very quickly, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.

Ready pancakes serve hot, garnish with greens and eat with sour cream, sauce or jam.

A dietary dish will be soup made from bran. You will need:
- 1,5 tbsp. of oat bran;
- 1 liter of water;
- onion — 1 PC.;
- egg — 1 PC.;
- chicken fillet — 2 PCs.;
- herbs (parsley, dill, etc.);
- salt, pepper (to taste);
- spices (to taste).

Put to cook chicken for 20-30 minutes. After that chicken meat cut into small cubes and return it to the broth. Clean the onions, finely chop and add to broth. Also pour the soup, raw egg, cook for another few minutes. Soup salt, pepper and don't forget to add spices. And only at the end of cooking add to soup oat bran.
