Whisk egg yolks with salt. Heat the milk and pour portions of it into the yolks while whisking. Pouring half the milk, stir in rye flour and mix thoroughly with the dough, so that it does not remain lumps. Add the remaining milk and again whisk the mixture. Then pour half a Cup of boiling water and mix well the dough. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Fresh yeast dissolve in 900 ml of warm water. Put the dough on a quarter of an hour in a warm place. Then pour it into a deep bowl, mix vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Stir in rye and wheat flour and knead a soft dough. Cover the bowl with film and leave in warm for proofing. When the dough has risen, place it on a Board and a little pomnite.
