Organizational issues
Teach in the morning from 7 to 12 hours and in the afternoon from 14 to 18 hours. It is the optimum time for memorization. For complex information, hold it in the morning. If you have limited time, try to sleep well, to respect the day, and do 10-minute breaks in the classroom.
2
Divide the entire amount of information on the number of days for which it should learn. Leave one extra day to repeat, if possible. Experts believe that the key to successful memorizing material is its proper distribution in time.
3
Use exercise breaks – mostly somersaults and headstands, which cause a rush of blood to the brain and improve its nutrition.
4
Work with information
Please read all information completely, study, not details. Repeat what you managed to memorize the first time, i.e. in your own words.
5
Break the large material into sections, units, preferably semantic. Or blocks of equal volume. If not obvious, then you can think of an associative link between sections, name them.
6
Remember a sequence of blocks or sections. To do this, make a short plan. Also, use the associative chains of meaning associations and other methods.
7
You need to work with each unit separately. Read, select main idea, supporting keywords, concepts. To remember use different techniques of mnemonics – the Association, preparation of the support schemes, sketch, icons, etc.
8
Repeat - or rather, relate the information on the block after the first reading. It is much more productive than reading it several times. Get the next block of material. After it, repeat quickly the first and second. And so on, in an incremental scheme.
9
The next morning, after waking up, quickly repeat the learned on the last day. Use reference words, notes, and other methods or better yet, retell it from memory. The notes then read, all I was able to remember. The next day, start the repetition from the place where they stopped the previous day.
