On the screen appears a small window "Properties taskbar and start menu"". Go to the tab "task Bar" if another active tab.

To the task bar never moved, check the box next to "lock the taskbar". Then from the drop down list Position of the taskbar on the screen, select "Bottom".

Once the desired position is selected, you must click the "Apply" button - you will see as the task bar moves down the screen. To complete the work with the settings of the taskbar properties, click “OK”.
