You will need
- teaspoon baking soda
- 4-6 drops of 9% vinegar

Pour the desired amount of soda in a spoon. Usually the recipe is the exact proportion, from 0.5 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon.

Squeeze in a little spoon of 9% vinegar. One teaspoon is enough for 4-6 drops. It is not recommended to use undiluted vinegar.

The spoon will begin a rapid chemical reaction. The soda will begin to sizzle and foam. During quenching soda vinegar should not wait until the end of the reaction, quenched immediately stir in the baking soda into the batter. The reaction between baking soda and acid will continue after kneading.

Kneaded dough is immediately put into the preheated oven. Then, the finished pastries will get quite lush and beautiful.
Note
If you forget to repay soda and just pour it into the dough, add to the dough a spoon of citric acid or baking powder. If the recipe is sour cream or yogurt, to fear a sharp odor and unpleasant taste of the finished product is not worth it.
Useful advice
Soda can be extinguished with lemon juice, squeeze the lemon directly in a spoon with baking soda. Experienced cooks soda and extinguish in sour cream, and even yogurt, but only if these products are present in the dough recipe. Add in the sour cream the required amount of baking soda and wait a bit. Sometimes soda is extinguished and the boiling water.
