Determine acetic acid what concentration you need. Take a jar or glass, depending on the estimated volume of the final product.

Take a tablespoon. Take it the amount for one part. One tablespoon of 70% acetic acid add as many parts of water to get the desired acetic acid:30% - 1.5 parts of water;
10% - 6 parts of water;
9% - 7 parts water;
8% - 8 parts of water;
7% - 9 parts water;
6% - 11 parts water;
5% to 13 parts of water;
4% to 17 parts of water;
3% is 22.5 parts of water.

Be careful when working with acetic acid! When hit acids on the skin should immediately rinse it in a large amount of cool water;
