Open the Word document or create a new one. Copy the text there - you will need at least two to three different proposals to customize the check spelling. Save the document under a new name.

Default Word checks your spelling and grammar when you type the text. Possible spelling errors are highlighted with a red wavy line and grammar errors in the same, only green. You can additionally check the spelling and grammar in the selection or in the entire text. To do this, select the relevant text, then using the menu "tools" select "Spelling".

To automatically check spelling in the menu "tools" select "Settings" and then select "Spelling". Tick the checkbox - "Automatically to check grammar" and "Also to check spelling" or one of the two. Pay attention to other possibilities - check the and immediately check it on your text.

To learn why a particular word or sentence is perceived as wrong, in the dialog box "Spelling" click "Explain". You can change the rules of grammar for this in the menu "tools" select "Settings", the tab "Spelling". By clicking the button "setting", independently select the appropriate settings for grammar and style.

If you are working on a document for a long time - and remain open for further work, choose a full check of errors of the finished document. After a complete error check each correction you can confirm or cancel.

Any mistakes you can fix right in the pop-up window Spelling. Make the document the right fix, and then hit "Resume" in the "Spelling".

Keep in mind that if as a result of errors or omissions get the word from the same set of letters that exists in the dictionary (e.g. instead of "saw" you wrote "lime" or "summer" instead of "body", etc.), the program will not mark the word as incorrect.

Using the command "Options" menu "tools" you can set individual rules to check your texts. To do this, click "customize" and put a tick in all appropriate for your requirements Windows.
