You will need
    • Rice with meat:
    • — 1-1. 5 cups long-grain rice;
    • — 400 grams of meat (pork
    • beef);
    • — 1 onion;
    • — 1 carrot;
    • — 1/4 tsp. red hot pepper;
    • — salt to taste;
    • — vegetable oil for frying.

    • — 1 Cup of rice;
    • — 300-400 g of pork;
    • — 2 onions;
    • — 1 carrot;
    • — spices

Rice with meat

Rinse the meat under cold water, Pat dry. Cut the pulp in small pieces. Fry the meat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes over high heat until Golden brown, stirring occasionally. Then turn down the fire and cook for about 10 minutes until, until the meat is ready.

Peel onions and chop fine julienne. Peeled carrots grate. Add the meat spices — salt, red pepper, and onions and carrots. Mix the meat and flatten in the pan.

Rinse the rice in cold water. Pour long grain rice to the meat and spread it evenly with a spoon. Gently pour the boiling water. It should cover the rice by 1 cm So that the water soaks in evenly, stir the water with the rice, being careful not to touch the meat. A lid to close the pan should not be.

Simmer the rice with the meat on medium heat until until water is absorbed. Then turn down the fire to minimum, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. When the rice is ready, stir it in with the meat and leave to infuse covered for at least 5 minutes.

Rice with meat cooked in the oven

Boil washed rice with salted water until soft. Slice the onions thin strips, carrots grate on medium grater.

Wash meat and cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the meat pieces in a skillet in sunflower oil. Add to the meat onions and carrots. Simmer meat with vegetables for about 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking add salt and add spices to taste.

Pour into bottom of clay pots for baking vegetable oil. Divide ground meat evenly into 2 parts. Fill the pots half of the meat, then put cooked rice, and then fried the remaining pieces of meat. Pour into each pot a little boiling water, cover with lids and put them in a cold oven. The temperature will set at 200oC. After 30-40 minutes the rice with the meat in the pot will be ready.
