Marinade with seasonings



1 kilogram chicken comes from:

-mayonnaise – 500 grams;
mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon;
-lemon – 1 PC;
-onions – 1 head;
-garlic – 3 cloves;
-salt and pepper – to taste.

Wash the lemon and remove any seeds. Cut into small pieces. Cloves of garlic peel and pass through chesnokodavilku. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Mayonnaise and mustard mix well. Add salt, pepper. Stir again and connect the entire mixture with slices of lemon and onions. Prepared marinade pour over the chicken. Stir and marinate for 5-6 hours.


Vegetable marinade for chicken



Ingredients:

-sour cream – 300 grams;
-green onion – beam;
-dill – beam;
-bell pepper – 1 large;
-sea cabbage – 200 grams;
-lemon – 1 PC;
-peas black pepper – 10 pieces;
-vegetable oil;
-garlic – 4 cloves.

All vegetables cut very finely. Mix with sour cream and greens. Squeeze the lemon into the marinade. Put in the marinade chicken for a couple of hours in the fridge.

Then remove the chicken and wipe with a cloth to get rid of the marinade, because the meat of them is already quite soaked. Additionally RUB the pieces of garlic, which pass through the masher. Brush the slices with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Now send in the oven. Will be very good.

Marinade recipe injection



For this marinade you will need:

-water – 0,7 l;
-soy sauce – 2 tbsp. spoon;
-lemon juice – 100 grams;
-salt – 3 tea spoon;
-black pepper is the number desired;
-garlic – 4 cloves;
-white wine – 100 grams;
is nutmeg;
-med.

All ingredients, except nutmeg, wine and honey together and mix well. Take the syringe and gently insert the marinade to the chicken. Mix white wine and honey, add nutmeg. Coat the chicken with the mixture. Marinate for 3 hours. Send the chicken in the oven and bake until done.

Marinade with soy sauce



For such a simple and easy to prepare marinade, you need to take:

-soy sauce – 100 ml;
-olive oil – 50 ml;
-garlic – 4 cloves;
-lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoon;
-ground pepper, better black.

In a bowl mix sauce, butter and lemon juice. Squeeze in a mixture of garlic, sprinkle it with pepper according to your taste, and stir. In this sauce the chicken is marinated enough, quickly enough an hour or two.
