You will need
    • 1 chicken or chicken fillet
    • 200 g of mayonnaise
    • 2-3 cloves of garlic
    • salt
    • black pepper and other spices to taste
    • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Divide the chicken into several pieces, wash under running water and dry with a cloth.
Make knife slits in the thickest parts of the chicken, so the meat is evenly impregnated with the seasonings.
Cloves of garlic peel and wash. Grate on a small grater, or skip through chesnokodavku.
RUB the entire surface, including those made cuts, with salt and spice mixture, then fold all the pieces in a bowl or pan and coat with grated garlic and mayonnaise. Put the dishes with chicken in mayonnaise in the fridge and leave there for an hour.
After one hour, grease a baking tray (pan) with vegetable oil, put in it the pieces of chicken, smeared with mayonnaise. Preheat the oven to 150°C and place it in the pan with the chicken.
After 30 minutes, increase the heat in the oven to 180°C. When the chicken is covered with Golden brown, remove the pan, divide the meat into portions and place on the edges of the dishes with garnish.
