Fruit fritters

For this recipe you can bake muffins with any fruit or berries. It is advisable to choose a soft fruit with sweet taste.

You will need:
- 1 glass of kefir;
- 2 cups wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0,5 teaspoon of salt;
- fruits;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- powdered sugar;
- vegetable oil for frying.
For baking you can use a slightly podcasy yogurt.

Prepare fruit. Peel the bananas, strawberries and pear wash. Cut the fruits in small cubes, place in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a deep bowl pour kefir, mix it with salt, sugar and soda. Portions add the sifted flour, knead the dough. Put the sliced fruit and mix well.

In a pan heat refined vegetable oil. With a spoon put in hot oil portions of the dough, forming of round or oval pancakes. When the product is browned on one side, flip them over and continue frying. Ensure that the fritters don't burn.

The finished product is put on a hot dish before serving and keep warm. Then put the pancakes on the plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. For baking you can apply whipped cream or fresh sour cream.

The biscuits

For evening tea prepare butter biscuits. They are made very quickly, served warm or cold.

You will need:
- 2 cups of kefir;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 0.5 cups of sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar;
- 500 g of wheat flour.

Kefir pour into a large bowl and whip it with sugar and vegetable oil. Add soda, slaked with vinegar, then gradually stir in the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough and roll it out on a Board sprinkled with flour, to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

Grease a baking tray with oil and place on it a layer of dough. Place baking sheet in oven preheated to 200oC. When the dough has risen and browned, remove the cakes from the oven. Hot Plast cut into diamonds or squares and place on a dish. Refrigerate before serving.
The finished cookies can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or pour chocolate glaze.

Black cupcake

From yogurt, candied preserves, and spices for a delicious homemade cupcake reminiscent of classic gingerbread.

You will need:
- 2 cups of kefir;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 Cup of vegetable oil;
- 2 cups of sugar;
1 Cup thick jam or jam;
- 1 teaspoon of crushed cloves, star anise, cinnamon;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
4 cups of wheat flour.

Eggs RUB with sugar, add jam, butter, yogurt. Whisk until smooth and stir in the sifted flour mixed with soda and spices. Knead the dough, the consistency resembles thick cream of wheat.

Refractory form line a rimmed oiled baking paper. Pour in the batter so that it fills no more than ¾ of the volume. Place the cake in the oven, preheated to 160оС. Bake until done - you can test it with a wooden splinter. Remove the finished product from the mold, cut into pieces and refrigerate.
