Fluffy pancakes



Try one of the easiest recipes - pancakes on kefir. They are very lush and delicious. The degree of sweetness vary according to your taste, but remember that too sweet, the dough will burn.

You will need:

- 1 glass of kefir;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 0,25 teaspoon of salt;
- 1 Cup wheat flour;
- plant enough for frying.

Pour the kefir with a deep bowl, add sugar, salt and soda, stir the mixture. Portions stir in the flour, rubbing the dough well to avoid lumps. The consistency of the mixture should resemble thick cream.

This recipe can be cooked a large cake - it's baked in the oven or slow cooker.

You will need:

- 350 ml of yogurt;
- 450 g of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 0,5 teaspoon of salt;
- 3 tbsp refined vegetable oil.

For the filling:
300 g ready-minced meat;
- 1 onion;

- vegetable oil for frying.
Pies can be filled with not only meat. Try mixing canned fish with boiled rice or chopped green onions with boiled egg. Very tasty work and pies with apples, berries or jam.


Mix sifted flour with sugar, salt and soda. Pour everything into a bowl, make a well in the flour deepening and add a little vegetable and a portion of yogurt. Stir the mixture and then pour the remaining yogurt. Hands knead the dough until smooth. Gather it into a lump, cover with a towel and let stand about a quarter of an hour.

Prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the onion and put it in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Saute the onion until transparent and add the meat. Breaking up lumps with a wooden spatula, fry the mince until cooked, then sunflower is a good choice.

Divide the dough into small balls, roll them in flour and flatten into cakes. In the middle of each tortilla put a tablespoon minced meat, and then strongly tape the edges, giving the cakes a kind boats. Preheat a deep frying pan vegetable oil and put in the patties seam side down. Even products with one side, flip them over. The finished cakes serve with fresh cream.
