Determine the purpose of the presentation. To do this, consider why you need it what effect you want to achieve, what should the audience once the presentation is finished. Purposes determine the structure of the report, the choice of visual AIDS and method of presentation of information in General.
Find out as much information as possible about the audience before which you have to play. This depends on the procedure of preparation of plan performance. The larger the audience, the brighter and clearer should be the presentation and, conversely, the less present, the more specific and in-depth should be considered a problem.
Start building a plan from the introduction. Set the background of the problem and indicate the problem. Please note that the information included on the slides don't have to completely duplicate your report. It is needed in order to complete and confirm your words.
We get to the main part after the introduction is ready. In this unit, the problem should be discussed in more detail. Analyze the situation, provide any examples, identify theses key points.
Pay special attention to the conclusion. It largely determines the success of your presentation. This block needs to be very clearly displayed your findings and proposals to solve the problems under discussion.
Select the main means of information presentation based on the topics and the predispositions of the audience. Determine what will better reflect the essence of the matter. It can be pictures, tables, graphs, charts, etc.
Note on a separate sheet, which slide corresponds to each of the sections. This will help you quickly navigate and not to stray during a speech. The last paragraph of your plan should be the answers to possible questions.
