Cheesecake brownies a La "Raffaello"
Ingredients:
- 200 g granulated cottage cheese is not less than 5% fat;
- 100 g coconut;
- 50 g sour cream;

Ingredients:

- 40 g roasted almonds;
- 50 g coconut;
- 50 g sesame seeds.
Wash all fruits under running water, fold in a colander and pour over boiling water. Miss them twice through a meat grinder or food processor along with the hazelnuts or walnuts. With wet hands form from the resulting mass of the pellet, put each on almonds or dried berries, wrap and roll, giving a round or cylindrical shape. Dip each piece in coconut or sesame sprinkles and wrap in paper or cling film. Soak the sweet 10 minutes in the refrigerator to slightly hardened.
Delicious oatmeal cookies in a hurry
Ingredients:
- 250 g medium or large rolled oats;
- 180 g of butter 72,5% of fat content;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 4 tbsp of sugar;
- 2 tbsp flour;
- pinch of baking powder;
- 1 tsp of cinnamon;
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla;
- vegetable oil.
Turn on the oven, setting the temperature of 180oC. RUB eggs with sugar using a whisk or mixer. Add the softened butter and thoroughly combine. Then put in the resulting egg-butter mix oats, flour with baking powder and vanilla and cinnamon and mix again so that all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cover a baking sheet with sheet of parchment, RUB it with vegetable oil. Put the oatmeal dough with a spoon in the form of ovals at a distance from each other. If desired, top with a nut or raisin. Bake cookies until Golden, about 10 minutes. Let it cool down, peel off the paper and serve some tea.
