How to copy from pdf

Open the document in the format *.pdf from which you want to copy information. Try to select the text in the usual way – drawing on it with the left mouse button, and press the "Copy" command in the context menu. Also, you can go to the edit menu, choose "Select all", then the "Copy"command.

To copy text from pdf try also to run the command from the menu "File" – "Save in text format". Choose a location to save the file. The entire text of the document will be placed in the format*. txt.

Next, select the link "Trial version" and click the "Download" button. Install the program on your computer. This program allows you to quickly take screenshots and recognize text and tables with images on the screen.

Run ABBYY Screenshot Reader to extract text from a pdf, then open the document. Please note that in trial mode the program will operate on your computer for a period of 120 days. Click on the program icon in the system tray, a window appears in which you select the direction of the recognition of the screenshot.

Select the direction, e.g. "Copy text to clipboard, click copy, then highlight the text in the pdf document. Then wait until the program will give you the message "Text successfully copied to clipboard. If the recognition process fails, the program will issue a warning. To repeat detection, do more the magnification of the document.

Go to MS Word, right-click the mouse anywhere on the document and select "Paste". Copying text from a pdf document is complete.
