To open the language panel, click "start" and invoke "control Panel". If the panel control is displayed in the categories section, select "date, time, language and regional standards", in the opened window click the left mouse button on the icon "regional and Language options". If the panel control is in classic view, click on the "regional and Language" at once. The language panel is opened.

To install an additional language, click on the tab "Languages" in the section "Languages and text services, click "read More". On the Settings tab, click on the "Add" - window appears "Add input language". Select from the first drop-down list the language you need, the value in the second field should change automatically. If not, install the desired keyboard layout by yourself. Click OK to confirm the selection.

If the language bar is not displayed in the task pane, on the Settings tab, click the "settings" button for "Language bar" and put the marker in the "Show the language bar on the desktop". Click OK to confirm the selection. If the icon of the language panel does not appear, click the right mouse button on the taskbar to any place. In the drop-down menu, select "Toolbar" and set submenu marker on the "Language bar".

If you have Punto Switcher utility, enter the text required in the standard language bar, as a rule, does not arise. In the case where you have not displayed the language bar utility, log in to setup Punto Switcher. This can be done in several ways. Using "start menu" select "Utilities" sub-menu click on the icon Punto Switcher or locate the file "punto.exe" in the folder located in the directory C:/Program Files/Yandex/Punto Switcher. In the window that opens on the General tab, set the marker in the "Show icon on taskbar", click Apply, close the window.
