Get admission to study in Germany. The secondary education system in this country involves 13-year education, and therefore school certificate is not enough. Finished 2 course in a Russian University, which has accreditation from the Ministry of education of Russia. If you have the gold medal, finished only 1 course at a Russian University or take 1 year training at the preparatory courses at a German University.
