To suspect the presence of hyperopia by the following whenthe characters are: - the deterioration of near vision;
- fatigue when reading, or other eye strain – headaches, burning eyes;
- amblyopia or strabismus;
- frequent inflammatory diseases of the eye (conjunctivitis, barley, etc.).

To improve eyesight with farsightedness, traditional medicine offers a variety of methods – ranging from correction using lenses and glasses and finishing operations on the eye (lensectomy – replacement lens, keratoplasty, laser vision correction, phakic IOL implantation). But often improve vision when farsightedness possible on their own by performing the following recommendations.Adjust your diet, eliminating sweets, alcohol and coffee. Include in the diet foods rich in potassium (bananas, potatoes, raisins, legumes), vitamins A and C (carrots, blueberries, liver, green peas, gooseberries, cabbage).

Perform daily simple exercises for the eyes. Each exercise should be repeated 5-10 times:- First exercise: relax and move your head slowly, moving in that glance to the left and to the right, then the same thing up and down.
- Second exercise: locate an object in the distance atabout 25 cm from the eye. A few seconds looking into the distance, and then at the same time focus vision on the subject.
- Third exercise: raise one hand to eye level at a distance of 40 cm and make your fingers in a clockwise circular motion, when the view must follow the fingers, then adjust the hand.

Several times a day, do eye massage. Two fingers (index and middle) describe the "eight" - top eyes move over my eyebrow, bottom – to-nose.

Before bed make a compress of hot (about 2 minutes) and cold (1 minute) of water. Repeat up to 10 times.

Eat a day for 5 walnuts.

Bury in the eye aloe juice.
