Nutria with potatoes. You will need: 1 PCs. nutria, 200 g mustard, 300 g of sour cream (or mayonnaise), 1 kg of potatoes, spices (pepper, salt to taste).

Meat, spices, sour cream, mustard and place on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and put the meat for 15-20 minutes. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes, season with salt. Flip meat and place around the potatoes. Put bake for 20 minutes. After 40 minutes the dish is ready.

Nutria in sauce. You will need: 1 PCs. nutria, 200 g sour cream, 2 PCs of onions (turnip), 200 g of flour, 1 Cup water, 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil, for frying), seasoning to taste.

Nutria meat divide it into large pieces. Add salt, pepper. Each piece roll in flour and fry in a pan until Golden brown. Onions cut into rings. Nutria stew. You will need: 1 PCs. nutria, 2 PCs. pepper (bell), 2 pieces of onion (bulb), 2pcs. carrots, spice blend (Basil, curry, salt, pepper), fresh herbs, sunflower oil.
