You will need
    • Duck legs;
    • 2 apples;
    • 100 ml of red dry wine;

    • 30 g of olive oil;

    • pepper.
If the legs are frozen they should be thawed in advance. Need to defrost naturally at room temperature. Duck legs, wash and dry. Put them in a deep plate.
