A very unusual and exquisite taste has beef in beer. Slice the sirloin medium-sized cubes and roll them in mixture of salt, pepper, flour and ground nutmeg. Mix half butter and vegetable oil in the skillet, fry half of the meat cubes to brown the crust. Place them on a plate, pour in a saucepan the remaining oil and fry the second batch of beef.
In the remaining oil for about 5 minutes sauté sliced onions and finely chopped garlic. Add brown sugar and keep the mixture on heat for another minute, until the sugar turn into caramel.
Put in a saucepan the meat, fill it with beer, add orange juice, Bay leaves and half the zest. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer beef until tender. When the meat becomes soft, add salt, add pepper and nutmeg, sprinkle with the remaining zest. Serve beef in beer with baked or boiled potatoes and a green salad.
Very quickly you can prepare a signature dish and fast food- the hamburger. Homemade Burger with beef cutlet is much tastier and healthier than its restaurant counterpart. Twice mince scraps of meat – slices of sirloin, rump or the lower part of the blade. Shape four thick round patties.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom heat the vegetable oil. Put the burgers and fry for three minutes on each side. Do not press the patties, otherwise they will leak delicious juices and the meat will be dry. Flipping burgers, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. If you like well-done meat, leave it in the pan for a few minutes.
Cut a round bun with sesame seeds in half. Inside, place a leaf of lettuce and chicken. Serve burgers with ketchup, sweet mustard, vegetables and French fries.
