You will need

    • 1 medium carrot;
    • 2 tsp sugar;
    • 2 tsp. butter.
    • Semolina with fruit
    • 250 ml of water;
    • 1/2 Cup semolina;
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
    • 100 g of butter;
    • 400 g of cherry compote;
    • 400 g of apricot compote.
Before cooking semolina in the water, first clean water. The water should be filtered, but the best buy in the bottle. It can be used for cooking semolina. Any other will give a bad taste, and of course, you will not be able to get pleasure from it.

Slowly stir in semolina and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. Season the porridge with butter and serve.
Semolina with fruit

Syrup of compotes pour into a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. In a pan add semolina in a thin stream and stir. Cook for half a minute on medium heat. Add the prepared porridge sugar, butter and fruit compote. Mix everything and place on plates.
